Pistachio Cheesecake

Unfortunately, it was not as I expected. It was too heavy, and the pistachio was too salty for me. I didn't enjoy the taste.

This cheesecake had a perfect consistency and had a nice bit of vanilla ice cream and pistachio paste to accompany. YUMmm!
