Pistachio Cake

A gorgeous slice! Frosting is so light and fluffy without being greasy - and no margarine or coconut flavours, either - this was a raspberry cloud. Topped with freeze dried raspberries and pistachios. Cake itself was sweet and syrupy, though I'd have preferred a little more fluffiness.
