Pineapple Fried Rice

I’m a sucker for pineapple in savoury dishes and this fried rice was really tasty. Also love the crunch from the cashews and that it comes served in a carved out pineapple! We ordered this takeaway, so I definitely didn’t expect the pineapple serving dish. Never had a bad dish from U-Tong, I love this little vegan restaurant 2 min from home 🙌🏼 #brisbanevegans
