This is number 44 off the vegetarian portion of the menu which warning, isn’t vegetarian
it lists items with fish sauce, chicken broth and beef broth options. This item was luckily one that didn’t list any animal options on it. It was an alright vegetable and tofu stir fry but not especially good.
Pho Vy is quite run down and while service was nice, the food and experience were not enough to make me want to return. Reddit had labeled this the best pho spot in Victoria (likely regarding the meat version). I’d say mid at best and in need of a new business door, they’ve got like a Home Depot back door as the front door.
