Pho hofan salad with tamarind hoisin dressing

Sorry it’s not the best picture but I can assure it’s a wonderful dish! Rice hofan, fried tofu, wood-eat mushrooms, Lion-mane mushroom, basil, mint, toasted peanut and sprouts. It is typically served with garlic crisps and fried shallots but we omitted that. It is also served with a bowl of pho broth on the side. Price - $16
