Philly Cheesesteak

this was one of the best things i’ve ever eaten for sure. the seitan was ultra-realistic and tasted GREAT (my omnivorous companion was concerned it was meat), and the cheese sauce was perfect! it wasn’t gluey, wasn’t sticky, and didn’t have that weird aftertaste that vegan cheese sometimes has. the sautéed veg was perfectly done; it was packed with flavor without being overly greasy. the bread was one of my favorite parts! i loved how well the bread held up under all that was piled on it, and it was crispy and crunchy the whole time. the portion is hearty, and the philly is authentic. i definitely recommend this sandwich

Recommend the Philly Cheesesteak. The flavors were great and the mest was delicious. The Po Boi was good. The Pastrami Reuben was tasty. But the cheesesteak was the best. Also appreciate the employees were wearing masks and taking precautions during COVID. Parking was challenging.

It's a vegan deli and they definitely do a great job recreating some awesome classic comfort foods. The peppers and onions on the sandwich make it extra delicious. Bring your meat eating friends here! They'll love it
