This risotto is on Barbette's regular menu as one of two vegetarian options. It typically comes with ricotta, but it can be made vegan upon request. It is really creamy and fresh tasting. Everything came out of the kitchen piping hot, but I couldn't wait for it to cool down. I wasn't as excited about this as the special Gnocchi, but I recognize in any other situation I would have been impressed. I hope they continue to add vegan options! It's priced at $22, much cheaper than the meat options here.
