Pesto Tempeh Sandwich

The pesto on this sandwich was fantastic! Had house-made tempeh (which I thought needed some more salt/seasoning), caramelized onions, arugula and tomato on grilled sourdough bread. And added a side of fries. Overall I enjoyed the sandwich, sourdough was the perfect bread for the sandwich. kept thinking though that some balsamic glaze on it would add a nice burst of flavor - I brought half of it home so will be trying that. #supportlocalbusiness #veganisnotscary #goveganfortheanimals #supportsmallbusiness
