This was one of the many plant based options available on the Deliveroo app. The salad bowl consists of basil pesto, japanese natto, cherry tomatoes, french beans, pine nuts and rocket leaves - non customizable though u can add on other toppings. I wanted to like this dish as it looks so healthy but the natto is a strange choice for the protein as it overpowered the basil pesto. The sticky residue also made it hard to mix with the rest of the bowl. Tempeh or mushrooms would have been better.
