Peri Peri ‘Chicken’

Wasn’t a big fan of this textured plant protein but the marinade and smokey flavour was quite pleasing.

The best Grilled chicken ever! The chicken skin is charred and crispy, the tender chicken is moist and well seasoned.

This was cooked in a ‘josper’ and had an incredible, smoky flavour. The mock chicken was tender - by far some of the most convincing mock chicken I’ve ever had. It was on a bed of salsa verde which added a lovely freshness and tang. 11/10 #veganisnotscary #thefutureisvegan
