Pekingsuppe (Hot & Sour Soup)

This is the best soup that I had in a restaurant. It was perfectly spicy but maybe too spicy for some people. It was hot and comforting - a perfect choice for colder days.

I used to love this soup before going vegan... hadn’t had it since until I came across it here. Now I love it even more :) it tastes exactly as I remembered it - very tasty and a good portion for the price! But beware: it’s super spicy so if you can’t handle spicy food this might not be for you. I‘ll sure come back for more :)
