Peanut Butter Pancake

Happy Sunday! So happy to say that I have finally satisfy my cravings for a pancake for so long. It is really hard to find a vegan one and I am never felt so happy when the shop owner assure me that there is no eggs nor dairy products in these! They have total for four flavours - red bean, peanut, coconut and peanut butter (for an extra 20cents). Of course, I chose the most sinful one lol. The dough was really soft and fluffy and the peanut fillings were really generous! With the added peanut butter, it kind of feels like a mini 'peanut lava' version with the melted peanut butter overflowing. The skin-to-filling ratio was perfect and there is peanut with every bite 😉. Of course, I would not mind if they decide to add more peanuts in it 😆 They have a few outlets around so do provide your support to them! Hopefully, we can see them coming out with other unique and interesting fillings like black sesame, matcha or even mixed flavours :) #veganisnotscary
