Pandan Nian Gao

This was part of their SG national day set so I'm not sure if it's available on the regular menu but I hope so cos it was really good! Doesn't taste like anything I've had before, kind of like a very dense and chewy pandan sponge cake, almost like the texture of a kueh but also not really a kueh 😂 in any case, it's yummy. Also this whole cafe is fully vegan!
