Pancakes with scrambeled tofu, seitan bacon and maple syrup

Such a delicious meal that even my non vegan friends enjoyed. The scramble and tofu were very tasty and the pancakes were so delicious and fluffy. The cafe is so wonderful as it is one of the only veggie cafes in the area
