Smooth traditional rice noodles cooked with onion as well as pan-fried king oyster mushrooms scored like scallops. 🍄🍜 The soup was alright in a simple, light, and comforting way; I personally found it more flavourful after adding the garlic sauce served on the side. I love being in Vietnam!! 🇻🇳 This #pho is so phoking #delicious I literally cannot 🤤 In the words of @m1tch9i, “I’ve not had a dish that tastes more mushroomy” and I can’t agree more! This is a #mushroomlover delight with just the amount of flavour it packs 😋 #oystermushroom seems to be the premier here but there were tonnes of others too 🍄 Surprisingly in spite of its earthy #coriander and spring onion presence, even good ‘ol #betterwithoutcoriander Michelle was able to savour this 🤗 There’s little in the way of protein though with just tiny bits of #veganchicken strips here and there so I’ll recommend you have it with a side - that’s exactly what we did! 😙
