so... in my most recent bout of procrastination and self-sabotage, I decided to go down a trip down on memory lane (honestly love to do that) ...and I realized I have a bunch of food pictures I never posted, because I hadn't using Abillion yet!!! I really enjoyed this chocolate croissant, light with layers and filled with chocolate. It was perfect after 2 minutes in the air fryer.

Amazing chocolate filled pastry found at The Conscious Kitchen in Kloof. Perfectly balanced and not overly sweet.
