A very delicious and filling vegan pad thai! Tbh, it’s not the best pad Thai I’ve had in terms of authenticity and taste (could have more spice, tamarind and lime in my opinion) but nevertheless, it is very tasty. What I really like though we’re the homemade (!) rice noodles!
