Yes that is a vegan egg. It had a crispy exterior and was better than I thought! I even had to wait for 20 min until my friend arrived to eat with me (in the rain, in a park—it’s the pandemic!). Realistic pork belly pieces. Very filling and flavourful. Extra chili was on the side so that was nice. Got to talk with the owner of this family run business and she was so nice!
