This terrible lighting doesn’t do this amazing dish any justice. If you don’t know yet, Grand Hyatt is doing a special promotion where they have delicious meal boxes for $10. They have a decent number of vegan options and this briyani is one of them. It was SO flavourful and aromatic I love the combination of the fluffy basmati with veggies that have melted into bold flavours of the curry. 10/10 would rec. Its not too spicy either :)
