This dish is right up my alley! #tempeh and #veggies . The serve of tempeh was generous and delightfully crisp. Some of the veggies weren't cooked very much at all, like the cauliflower was almost raw and some sweet potato chunks were under done. But the pumpkin was well cooked. The #broccoli was only very little unfortunately cos I love broccoli the most. The #peanutsauce was a good creamy nutty compliment, I would have liked it more spicy and the veggies more cooked but overall this is a really delicious dish!
