A classic dish I was happy to find in Paris. Crispy noodles with a generous serve of veggies, tofu and mushrooms and a gravy that’s full of flavour. Reasonably priced and decently portioned. A pinch of nostalgia too, I might add. Bodhi Vegan is a small cosy fully vegan restaurant serving mostly southeast Asian dishes. They have a really extensive menu, so there should be something for everyone. I think that there might be a minimum order for card payments, it is worth checking with them.
