Noodles With Shiitake And Peanut Sauce

This was our second #maindish at Espécie, a #vegan and #vegetarian restaurant in Porto, #portugal. I'm a huge fan of any #noodle dish, so I was really excited to try this. The flavors were hearty, comforting, and the portion size was perfect to share between two people. The #shiitake mushrooms were grilled to perfection and had a strong #umami, rich flavor.
