With hedgehog mushrooms, seasonal vegetables, lime, annatto oil, and dehydrated chili cashews. The mushrooms were

insanely good with a delicious smokey flavour. This dish is large but not super heavy.

This was the least remarkable dish on the table. Nice, but not enough to remember.
