Everything Veg-An serves is made with love. Highly recommend the new dining in option as you get to enjoy the full experience of freshly-prepared home cooked meals alongside the genuine service. This seafood noodle dish is the most unique Japanese dish I’ve tried. I don’t remember what seafood tastes like but the “scallops”, “squid” and “shrimp” in the bowl are probably very close my memory of the real sea animals.
