My First Rodeo Burger

This was a really delicious burger! It’s an Impossible patty topped with Follow Your Heart cheese, Herbivorous Butcher bacon, shredded lettuce, pickled jalapeño, fried onions, and BBQ aioli on a brioche bun.

This burger is from the Francis the Vegan food truck at Sociable Cider Werks. This burger is seriously fantastic, maybe the best veggie burger Ive ever had. It comes with vegan cheese, bacon, fried onions, pickled jalepeno, and BBQ aioli- so yummy!! Sorry for the bad pic, the lighting was really poor- I promise this burger is amazing!
