Mushroom Quesadilla

HOLY COW! These quesadillas made my taste buds sing! The ingredients are: cremini mushroom, caramelized onion, salsa roja, pico de gallo, cashew crema. This plate can be made gf upon request!

Pretty good! I ordered them as takeout and I live far away so they didn’t really keep well. I’m sure they’re much better fresh. I think there are too many mushrooms as well.
