Mushroom Noodle

I always like #noodles. I would love the noodles to be firmer & the sauce to be much deeper in flavour. I find this dish is presented very beautiful. I love the bright coral lettuce #veggies that uplifts the whole dish. The balls in the soup is my favorite 🤩! #veganinsingapore

$4! Temples have some of the best veg options and it feels like they put so much thought into these noodles. Could have more veggies but the noodles were springy and they have some veg floss thing which was super crunchy and fragrant! The mushroom also comes in pretty big slices and the sauce to noodles ratio is 👌🏻

A new gem recommended by @junhaochanjh 💎 Below Buddha Tooth Relic Temple there is an air conditioned completely #vegetarian (with #vegan options) food court, with 3-4 individual stalls. I had the daily special mushroom noodle which was really bouncy + tasty for $4 ☺️☺️ Cant wait to try more dishes from this place!
