Mushroom Kadai

While I liked the creamy and flavourful sauce in this a lot, there was way too little mushroom. It was also cut quite thinly which made it even more unassuming. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed it.

This dish tasted much better than it looked. It was a takeaway so that’s understandable, but the flavours were really good, with nice chunky mushrooms.
