Mushroom and Pesto

This was surprising good for someone who doesn’t like pesto!

This one was delicious! The size is a bit small for a group, but can easily feed one person.

5/15 I went to a pizza party recently where we tried 15 different types of pizza! This mushroom pesto was delicious with big dollops of pesto and a few types of mushroom, quite a different pizza to most and loved all the spinach 😋 #abillionlove

Good sauce - check Adequate cheese - check Delicious pesto - check Really doughy, slightly uncooked pizza base - ALSO check Very disappointed with the crap dough - even the oven couldn't fix it. It was limp, chewy but not in a nice way and almost tasted a little undercooked.

This pizza came with a trio of springy and umami mushrooms, baby spinach leaves, dollops of creamy pesto sauce, and lots of gooey melted vegan cheese. Rich and savoury, a *mush*-try for mushroom lovers~ #veganin2020 #sg #sgvegan #veganpizza
