Mushroom and Fennel Sausage Penne (Veganised)

my friends and I asked for the sausage and parmesan to be taken out, but this was a very tasty dish nonetheless!! the mushrooms were juicy and sugar snap peas crunchy! My only critique is that it’s a little heavy on the oil, but if you like that kinda thing then go for it!
