Mushroom Alfredo Pasta

Yes these pics are of the same dinner. The dish came out looking a little dry, but all the saucy had sank to the bottom. Once I mixed it up it was perfect! They were slammed so it probably just sat under the heat lamp for a bit. Overall 10/10!! The sauce was so light, creamy, and flavorful I seriously savored every single bite. The oyster mushrooms almost made this a seafood-style dish which was so good. And I couldn’t even tell the pasta was gluten free!
