Mulita

Pastor mulita is very tasty and the portion is big, delicious option, the cheese is creamy and tasty too.

This restaurant is amazing! Completely vegan Mexican restaurant. It is my understanding they make all their own "meats" and "cheeses". Always a line out the door and worth the wait. The first time I went I had the muelita with carne asada. So good I've never tried anything else! But everything looks amazing.

From the menu: "Flour tortilla, filled with vegan mozzarella cheese, cilantro, onions, and your plant-based 'meat' choice" ($8). We had this with their jackfruit carnitas (swipe to see the second pic). The little mule is a good-sized quesadilla and I don't know if this is housemade cheese or a commercial cheese but it's goood. This is like a hangover cure. Note they also have a quesadilla on the menu that's exactly the same, but it's $14 and larger. This is two small-medium tortillas, but the quesadilla is the giant burrito-sized tortilla folded in half. Yeah they're not much to look at, sorry.
