Mulberry Cake

1kg for $38!! Got this for Mother’s Day. Pretty in pink with a yummy fluffy sponge and delicious light cream. I noticed that if you put the cake if the fridge and let it sit for awhile outside before eating, the sponge is lighter and fluffy then when you take it out and eat straight away. I do like fluffy cake but sometimes it so good to eat cold cake that’s denser and feels richer ❤️

The sponge at M Bakery is almost always dry but v light & soft! The light cream, red bean (?), mulberry bits & pomegranate seeds on top make the cake multidimensional in texture :) #sgcakes
