Mozzarella Mushroom sandwich

Love this sandwich! House mozz with juicy tomato, potato cheese and sprouts. I wish it came with lettuce as well! I add an order of tempeh to make it a filling meal.

I had been anticipating coming back here for almost a year to have their amazing homemade cashew mozzarella, and this sandwich was everything I was craving and more! It has mozzarella, shredded BBQ mushrooms, organic alfalfa sprouts, tomato, and potato cheese sauce on toasted brown bread. The cheese sauce is also divine! I can’t really think of a sandwich I’ve had in my life that can top this one (and that’s high praise coming from a longtime sandwich lover). Well done, ooh cha cha!
