Morotskaka

This carrot cake was delightful ☁️ A combination of all the good things: the fragrant spices, the moistness of the cake, the crunchiness of the coconut flakes, and the softness and cooling sensation brought by the coconut glazing. Quite a tour de force ! I believe that they could use less sugar in the batter and cream to take this to the next level, as it is overall a tad too sweet as it is, but that’s the only tweak I can think of for this cake!

Carrotcake with frosting. The frosting was made with Oatly PåMackan (cream cheese). Perfect texture and taste!
