My most favourite dish from this restaurant. When I feel like cheat day, I come here for this sinful yet delish dish. Made out of mushroom but you will be fooled by its look. It’s chewy & crunchy. Taste sweet & savoury. Very well caramelised with its Mongolian style sauce. The curry leaves and lemongrass made it so fragrantly yummy 😋
