mojo verde chick+n skewers

This is listed as lime jalapeño sour cream marinaded plant based chick+n, courgette white beans, smoked sweetcorn mole The chick+n taste was great I loved the marinade it was a mix of creaminess and tanginess 🍋‍🟩 I liked the sweetcorn mole it was a mild curry flavour it worked well enough with the skewers but I feel like I’d prefer some herby rice with veg skewers as it felt like eating two dishes in one to me Both halves were nice though and I’d probably order again as I really enjoyed the skewers!
