The curry veg was really good. Spicy and infused with rich curry flavours.
Although it’s not that obvious in the picture this was fried rice that was an option alongside the dishes. Nice flavor with veg char siew, the fried rice didn’t have many ingredients as it was meant to be eaten with other things. Overall this was rather dry; should’ve asked for gravy. Dishes were tasty and had variety. The fried enoki mushroom was one of my fav dishes; this had a strong batter but didn’t taste the mushrooms that much maybe cos they were separated into individual strands rather than fried as a chunk.
I tried having fried rice with dishes, was a good mix. I’m a potato lover which is evident here. The dishes were nicely flavored but I was disappointed by the really small portion of each dish compared to the rice. As a stall in a hospital I think the meals can really be more balanced and less oily.
There was a good variety of dishes here, but the portion of the dishes was surprisingly small and not so satisfying with the rice. Would probably get 4 instead of 3 dishes next time.
