Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

It's almost impossible to choose a favorite flavor from FoMu, but the Mint Chocolate Chip is definitely up there. If you're visiting Boston FoMu is a MUST and they have several locations. Even non vegans will love their creamy coconut based ice cream! 🍨😋

On my first trip to any new ice cream place I get mint chocolate chip (or the closest thing), for the sake of comparison. Fomu left me wanting a stronger flavor, and a bit less of the coconut milk. The coconut works well generally in ice cream, but I think it does not pair well with mint. I will absolutely go back to Fomu, but will get something different.
