Fungo ostrica fritto in stile cotoletta, accompagnato da mayo Veg e radicchio. Piatto molto gustoso, ottimo da condividere.

Probably the best dish we tried at Linfa during this visit. It’s inspired by the traditional #cotoletta alla Milanese, however instead of being a slice of meat it’s oyster mushrooms, fried with a crunchy coating. It did remind me a lot of the entree they served us at the beginning of the meal and just like for the entree the frying here was just perfect, it gave the dish the perfect crunchiness and wasn’t oily at all. The cutlet was served with a mustard-flavored mayo that was very tasty. The price of this dish was 14€. #veganrestaurant #plantbased #plantbasedrestaurant #allveganrestaurant #milan #milano

Ogni tanto amo pranzare in questo bel ristorante con dehors, arredato con colori pastello, ottoni e lampade di design. 100% vegan. Prezzi milanesi in linea con qualità e originalità dei piatti offerti. Chi non ama gli esperimenti culinari può gustarsi la Milanese. Cotoletta vegetale molto ben fritta, cosparsa di rucola da agricoltura verticale e da scaglie di un saporito formaggio veg affumicato. Tutt'intorno un cerchio di ottima senape ai grani antichi da gustare insieme ad ogni boccone di Milanese. .
