Mighty Mushroom Roll (And Seasonal Roll)

This was a nice sushi. I asked to change the seaweed by tofu. There is a small rate for that change.

The texture of the toppings are a little hard to get used to if you eat a lot of sushi, because it had a hummus-like consistency that isn't usual for Japanese food, but the flavor profile is beautiful and so are the rolls themselves! #veganoutreach
