Mexican Vegan Fajitas Wrap

super crispy wrap with many delicious sides and dips! the potatoes were great as well and I loved all the sides. the only downside is that weren't that many mushrooms in this wrap though I'd been expecting it to be more of a main filling!

Not my first time eating this; previously the tempeh was missing from my order but luckily it was in my wrap filling this time! The tortilla wraps were stuffed with spiced tempeh, mushrooms, bell pepper, jalapeno, onion, and greens. Served with my all-time favourite crispy potato chunks, alongside cherry tomato salsa, corn salsa, guacamole, and - the winner of the entire dish - housemade smoky Mexican sauce which I believe was made using cashew nuts! Forget to take a pic so don't mind this screenshot cos it looks almost the same as what they serve IRL. The potato wedges/chunks as a side was pretty good. But the fajita was ok. I think that the tortilla wrap may be a little too burnt cos it overpowered the ingredients in it. The tempeh was lackluster, it didn't seem marinated, I didn't even know there was tempeh until my friend told me and when I saw it in the wrap itself. The corn, Pico de gallo, guacamole was standard. The house made smoky mexican sauce was a winner, it adds so much to the flavour especially when accompanied with the jalapeño. But the fajita wrap without the sauces was pretty bland.

I finally made it here! Even though I worked across the street for over a year. Anyway, I had this dish twice in as many days. Love it. And the potatoes are a nice addition to the entire dish. I would have like more jalapeños though. I will be back! 😂
