Mexican Tostada

This was a really yummy salad. I thoroughly enjoyed the chipotle crema dressing, the beans and quinoa, and the charred corn. Oh and the greens too, nice and fresh and crisp. The menu on their own website had more info, options for add-ons and specify major allergens too. Unfortunately the Arcade food court employs an unnecessary process, where you order and pay via smartphone. The digital menu consolidates all dishes from all stalls (there is a filter for vg items across all stalls). It’s not hard, just I’d rather place my order directly with Palm Greens, than give the food court my number and email address. Still, they’re an option if you’re with company after non-veg food but you prefer non-veg but you prefer to get your food from (and to support) a fully vegan kitchen. Step-free entrance. This dish was really super tasty! It only had one tostada on top, but everything else made up for it. Pairs well with avo.

I LOVE this salad - leaves, pickled pink onion, red cabbage, black beans, quinoa, corn, a tostada and I always add the tempeh too. Topped with haberaro chilli oil and the most delicious chipotle crema. One of my favourite things to eat!
