This consisted of toddy palm seeds, the fruit of the palmyra palm, which were lightly
sweet, tender, and firm, cucumber, tomato, red onion, ají panca, a Peruvian red pepper with mildly spicy, berry-like, and subtly smoky flavors, and bright, spicy, citrus-based leche de tigre. It was full of lively, fresh flavors. Served with tortilla chips.
