Matcha Mont Blanc

When travelling, I rarely ever pay a second visit to the same place (this is in keeping with the spirit of exploration and of #forthedollar 😛) Yet Hvala made me do it, what an amazing place. And I don't even like tea all that much 🤯 This #montblanc is a contender for the most memorable vegan #dessert I have ever had ☺️ The #almond #frangipane, #matcha #chestnut paste, and vegan cream dovetailed beautifully into something that was earthy, nutty, and yet #sweettooth friendly 😋 Plus the pastry was crusty and buttery, and the whole thing is so easy on the eye 🤩 @dafnelately will have her wrong opinion on this, but I strongly recommend that you give this a try!

Love it. Very smooth texture and not so sweet. Ate it together with Genmaicha which is good combination. Perfect for afternoon tea.
