this tasted kind of like a pizza pocket! packed with mozzarella, tomatoes, and encased in a tomato dough, this margherita empanada was definitely one to try. it came out very hot so i totally burned my mouth 😭 i was supposed to get the andean empanada, but i ended up with the margherita when i opened my food and i don’t necessarily mind. i was hoping to try the andean, but this was a nice surprise. #empanadas #empanada #veganempanada #chicago #veganchicago #veganinillinois #pizza #margherita #tomato #tomatoes
