Very very tasty! Not a massive fan of cheese cakes but this really hit the spot. Not too sweet!

The vegan cheese layer just melts in my mouth . The bottom layer adds another texture to the cake, quite crunchy. The fruity part is definitely the dots of jam-like dressing atop! .
