Deep fried sushi is certainly unusual. Haven’t seen anything like it. Taste is good, especially the crispy shredded sweet potato. This Is the half serving for Wednesday sushi special 🌱 #vegansushi #plantbased #sydney #vegansydney #sydneyvegans

The outer layer was slightly oily but besides that, it was amazing. The sauces came together and the filling had some mock crab in it. Very satisfying.
