This pasta is incredible! Great flavor and texture. I wish the portion size were a little bigger because it was soooo good.

Delicious white wine pasta with mushrooms, shallots and hearty herbs. This is probably the most authentic Italian food you'll find at a 100% vegan place in all of the US! love that they have the balance of subtle flavors instead of dousing everything in rich and heavy sauces like most Americanized Italian dishes. I’d never encountered this pasta shape before. It is adept at gripping as much of that rich bolognese sauce as possible. Cooked perfectly al dente.
