Mac And Cheese With Shiitake Bacon

Easy spot to catch a quick bite with friends! This Mac and cheese was a bit more watery than I expected but decent portion + good mushroom bacon

Everything was perfect. I’m a sucker for mac n cheese and the mushrooms that went with this dish just blew it out of the water. My family ended up going back 2 more times on our trip.

The shiitake bacon was interesting and added a nice salty tang. It was really good!
